TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Casa Yoma. These Terms of Service apply to purchases and use of our website, including products offered under Yoma and Indómita Atelier by Yoma.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
Many Casa Yoma pieces are produced, selected, or altered in limited quantities, and many are one of one. Availability is not guaranteed until an order has been successfully completed and payment has been confirmed.

Because many pieces are unique, an identical replacement may not be available if an item sells out, is returned, or requires replacement.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We make every reasonable effort to display product colors, materials, dimensions, photographs, and descriptions accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings or lighting.

Handmade, altered, vintage-inspired, or individually finished pieces may contain slight variations that are part of their unique character and are not necessarily considered defects.

PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Casa Yoma reserves the right to change prices, promotions, or product availability at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been completed.

Orders must be paid through the payment methods available at checkout.

ORDERS
Casa Yoma reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, payment issues, inventory errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If Casa Yoma cancels a paid order, the customer will receive a refund for the cancelled item or order.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hour of purchase and before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once processing has begun, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Casa Yoma is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses supplied by the customer, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping charges and available delivery methods are displayed at checkout.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Eligible return requests must generally be made within 7 days of delivery.

Certain items, including earrings and other products designated as Final Sale, may not be eligible for return.

ONE OF ONE ITEMS
Many Yoma and Indómita pieces are unique. Purchasing a one-of-one item means that the same design, materials, embellishments, or configuration may not be reproduced or available again.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Casa Yoma, Yoma, Indómita Atelier by Yoma, and their associated original designs, photographs, written content, branding, graphics, and creative materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

PROHIBITED USES
You may not use our website or its content for unlawful activities, fraud, unauthorized resale of copyrighted materials, interference with the website, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Some payments, financing options, shipping services, or other features may be provided by third parties. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Casa Yoma is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use of the website or products beyond remedies required by applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Casa Yoma may update these Terms of Service when necessary. The version posted on the website at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Puerto Rico and the United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
