SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders from Casa Yoma, including products from Yoma and Indómita Atelier by Yoma, are carefully prepared before shipment.

Because many of our pieces are limited edition or one of one, customers should verify their shipping information carefully before completing an order.

SHIPPING RATES
Standard shipping is $6.00.

Orders of $50.00 or more qualify for free shipping when eligible at checkout.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at casaatelieryoma@gmail.com.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier service, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside Casa Yoma’s control.

Estimated delivery dates provided by a carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed by Casa Yoma.

TRACKING
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after the order has shipped.

Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.

DELAYED, LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package appears delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at casaatelieryoma@gmail.com so we can assist you in reviewing the shipment.

Claims involving carrier loss or damage may require photographs, packaging, tracking information, or other documentation.

RETURN SHIPPING
For eligible returns resulting from a change of mind, sizing, or another personal reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If Casa Yoma sent the wrong item or an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us before returning it so we can review the situation and provide appropriate instructions.
